About The Crew.

Manmohan Waris is one of the top Punjabi singers in the world. He has been around for almost 10 years now. Since he releasing his first album "Gairan Naal Peenghan Jhootdeye' in 1993, he has never looked back. Punjabis around the world love him and he feels the pressure of not letting them down. His humbleness and sincerity has won many hearts. His voice is considered one of the sweetest around and his songs attest to his passion for clean and literary lyrics. So far Waris has released 9 albums.
SANGTAR HEER

Since 1993 Sangtar been preparing music for Kamal Heer, Manmohan Waris and Debi Makhsoospuri as well as others. His style has changed over the years and he is always pushing the limits to bring some new ideas into Punjabi music. Manmohan Waris' 'Husn da jadu', Debi Makhsoospuri's 'Mukhde da lishkara' and Kamal Heer's 'Kamli' are good examples of that. His music is a fusion of many different styles with a Punjabi overtone to it. Over the years Sangtar has also kept up his writing skills. He has a published book of poetry and has contributed many hit lyrics to many Punjabi albums.

Kamal released his first album Kamli, in 2000. The album was released by Magna Sound. Listeners and music critics equally welcomed the album as a new milestone in Punjabi music. Kamal has something special in his voice. He is a master of notes and has a great control over his unlimited improvisation power. This great combination of art and performance will surely shine in the coming years when he will start performing live.
Kamal is a good writer as well. He has written lyrics for his eldest brother Manmohan Waris. He is very creative and always has new ideas floating around in his head.
Debi Makhsoospuri

Debi fell in love with music and poetry at a very young age. While playing soccer in the Govt. College Hoshiarpur football team, he tried his own rhymes. That led to some serious poetry which has made Debi an icon in Punjabi music.
Shiv Kumar Btalavi, Surjit Patar and Dr. Jagtar were among his favorite modern Punjabi poets. He liked Didar Sandhu, Babu Singh Mann and Jaswant Sandila's commercial lyrics and he knew 'Kitab-e-Ishak' (Heer Waris Shah) and other famous 'Punjabi kisa's' by heart. His wide interest in poetry is reflected in his work. What he was writing had great literary value and at the same time was approachable by every Punjabi. His songs were a little bit ahead of his time and he had to wait a while until the Punjabi music industry embraced the idea of releasing his kind of songs on commercial albums.
